When will my order be delivered?
We ship throughout Angola. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever you want. Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days. For other provinces outside of Benguela, you will receive an email after purchase with more delivery information.
Can I return my product?
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of receipt, provided they are in original resalable condition with all labels intact and the corresponding invoice.
NOTE: We do not accept returns of cosmetic and personal care products, handbags and wallets, or costume jewelry.
Returns require product analysis, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our address in Lobito.
